Michael Clark is the Director of the Foundation,
providing oversight and management of the Foundation’s day-to-day activities and supervision
of staff. Mike has been the Director of the Queen Anne’s County
Community Partnerships for Children, the Local Management Board (LMB),
since its inception nine years ago. He holds a BA in Psychology with
a Business minor and an MS in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova
University. He has over 10 years of experience in the human services
field. In additional to his full time work with the Community Partnerships,
he does violence prevention related counseling, is a Character Counts Coach,
and the President of a property holding company.
Chief Financial Officer, Linda M. Kohler

Ms. Kohler joined the Foundation in May 2005, and focuses her energies
on seeking donations to support the work of the Foundation and providing
assistance to those interested in philanthropy. Prior to joining
the Foundation, Ms. Kohler served as Managing Director of Millennium Capital
Development, overseeing telecommunications and information technology projects
and investments. From 1989-1993, she had responsibility over the
investment portfolio, liquidity management and regulatory compliance aspects
of Treasury Bank in Washington, D.C. Ms. Kohler has a BS in Communications
from the University of Maryland and a Diploma in Theatre from the National
Conservatory of Dramatic Arts. She Co-Chairs the Partnering for
Youth Sustainability Committee and is a Character Counts, soccer and football
coach.
